January 21,2009 Tonights Dinner

SO dinner tonight was interesting. Jacob is my cook, this guy can cook almost anything. He cooks a great steak, BBQ's great and cook cook almost anything else that I want him to. EXCEPT for some reason he can not brown ground beef without making it look like this. He cooked it a couple of weeks ago and said he couldn't get it to cook all the way. So i come home to the hardest littlest pieces of ground beef. So he tried it again tonight. I think these turned out even harder and smaller. We have decided simple for him is not always easier. But we had a nice little laugh...
